Today me and bear were very lucky to attend the soft launch of CAU restaurant in Wilmslow.

If you don’t know what CAU restaurant is all about, ill let you know ūüôā

An Argentine style restaurant group is set to open tomorrow in Wilmslow which will be their first site in the North West of England. CAU will be bringing a flavour of the bunosaries capital of Argentina  to Water Lane.

The Wilmslow restaurant will be located at 22-24 Water Lane,¬†will seat 130 covers and include an open kitchen on the ground floor and outside terrace for al fresco dining. The seating was spacious and we didn’t feel crowded. the staff were amazing especially with bear making sure he was entertained with colouring and an iPhone with preloaded games such as peppa pig and despicable me which kept bear very happy.

Unsurprisingly Argentinian beef is prominent on the all-day menu at CAU, which also includes twice-cooked pork belly and pepper crusted seared tuna steak amongst the dishes. Breakfast with an Argentinian twist will also be served as well as Sunday roast and five CAU own brand wines.

The food was amazing and oh so tasty, my pork was cooked to perfection and bears chicken strips were amazingly tasty and as for the banana cheesecake well you will just have to try it yourself as words cant do it justice. .

My only complaint was the loud music – I don’t know if¬† it was because it was the pre launch or if its the norm these days but even bear kept saying the music is loud mummy.

The staff were wonderful and very¬† friendly I’m defiantly taking the hubby hear on our next date night.

i was given the meal for free in return for a review Рall views are my own
