Cellu dress review.

Been a mum I don’t often get to buy clothes for myself but with three weddings within two months, shear panic has started to set in. The last dress I got was in the sale last year and well the weddings we are attending are well “posh do’s ” that all need/ deserve a new dress.

A few weeks ago Celuu got in touch and asked me to review an outfit and well a dress seemed the most sensible option. I was quite excited a new dress, an opportunity to show of my legs which my husband loves me doing.

When my dress arrived I was pleasantly surprised. It came in a lovely box and it was beautifully packaged. In fact it’s one of the poshest dresses I’ve ever had. Yes I’m a real Cheshire wife, no footballers/WAG budgets here, think more high street and supermarket chick.

Anyway I digress back to the dress.

I choose the Rosie VNeck lace skater dress. I loved the bright design and the length of the dress which is also important to me not to long and not to short. Also been 5″10 dresses always come up short. The dress it’s self is stunning quality.

With the two layers, one a beautiful lace which fantastic quality, and the second layer surprised me as it was a fantastic Jearsy cotton. Which is so soft against my skin.  My only niggle is the sizing I know these dresses are designed for sizes 12-20. I’m a generous size 12, nearly a 14. I wasn’t sure what size to get , so I chanced it and got a 12. It’s a little big on the waist and hips. I’m a 34dd and it’s even a little loose on the bust. But the quality is fantastic, which I think will out shine the sizing issue for anyone 😊
